Cruise Control is a very useful application that allows you to generate automate responses to your emails in a snap. For every email you receive you can generate an appropriate, detailed and personalized response. First, you can specify the salutation and signature you want to display for every message. Then, if you have multiple products, Cruise Control can determine which product(s) the message refers to and offer more accurate responses for each of them. Also, one of the options that the program includes to speed up responses is Quick Text, which are snippets of text that you usually type or attach. The program will make them available for instant insertion when responding messages. You can import different file types including HTML, Excel, or CSV. The same happens with text replies. If you always type the same message, you can create a Response template for that message type. You also can create unlimited keyboard and text shortcuts to speed up tasks even more. What is more, the program have all the information you need in one place: the Responding window, which provides all the data you need to immediately reply to a message, including the original message, a history of the sender, a message search box, an attachment viewer and all of your Responses and Quick Text items. Furthermore, you can even create multiple profiles, so that different people could respond to emails using the same PC. The program also checks for spelling mistakes, underlines misspelt words and auto-corrects common misspellings as you type.
